Water!!

So Jack's latest fascination is Mauser's water bowl. He liked the food bowl first, but then he realized what was on the other side of that bowl and how much fun it could be! :) He sure is a persistent little guy, too! We aren't going to just put the bowls up, because no one benefits from that. We probably spend a good 30 minutes a day (total) next to that bowl moving his hands away and telling him no, then actually moving HIM into the other room with his toys only to watch him turn right around and head back for that darn bowl! :) I was doing dishes yesterday and just had to take a break from all of the "no-no's" to get some pictures and a video of this...and I'm glad I did :)

You can kind of see the puddle on the floor...the whole front of his outfit was soaked :)

Jack loves all of Daddy's computer/video game stuff...big surprise! :) He got to try on Daddy's fancy headphones the other day...pretty cute

Jack figured out how to pull himself up half way today and was pretty proud of himself :)

Jack has been crawling for about a week now...his motivation---the computer (the one he's laying on is an old broken one--we don't just let him climb all over the good one) :) He's having so much fun exploring and being able to get into more stuff and we're having a blast watching him learn. He's already trying to figure out how to pull himself up onto stuff, so that shouldn't be too long...he's a pretty determined little guy. He's getting so big...can't believe he is already 8 months old!

We were all playing on the floor the other night. Jack was going on almost 6 hours without sleep and got one last little burst of energy. Pairing that energy burst with Mauser wanting to play got us this... enjoy :)
